Laura, thanks for having us at City College. As Laura said the final call (to have all the videos in Tijuana) will be next monday 21th, please feel free to ask any questions about it. From USA please drop all the videos at City College with Laura Castaneda, in TJ I will received all the materials in UABC (Tel. (664) 82 19 19 ext. 201) until next Tuesday 22. (please check the video/film entry form and include the info in the envelop with the DVD. Checo, Nora and Adolfo, podrían decirme si recibieron videos y enviarme la relación – cantidad, duración y nombres de alumnos? Ya que no recibí material de otras universidades fuera de UABC Tijuana, cualquier duda o comentario estaré al pendiente.Important Notes:

It's a step by step digital registration form–for organizations purposes- that's why we don't have a printed version, please send it to all the students and faculty staff, at the entry form everybody can select the workshop, panels and give us some information about hotel and transportation. Please note that some workshops have limited numbers of students.
· In the film/video committee meeting last saturday we received a couple of faculty videos, for that reason we have the proposal to open and include in the program a panel for that selection, what do you think? We think it will be a good opportunity to discuss about video production as academic evidence in Social Sciences and Humanities en Mexico – from US experience-
· I attach all the press kit in Spanish but I include all the open calls in English – we are still working in the press bulletin in English, will be ready next Wednesday. I also include the Film/Video entry forms.
